Customer Relations: Liaison between the underwriters (SMEs), IT Team, management and Entsia (polis insurance system delivery team) making sure feedbacks are heard and implemented accordingly.

Process Improvements: created an AS-IS & TO-BE business/ project lifecycle process map for all existing and new digital business transformation projects, this to identify the bottlenecks of project management and to improve it along with better signing process, responsibilities and deliveries.

Time Registration System – Partner with Europa WSE for setup of the Platos Time Registration system for improvement of centralized communication channel (created and published several websites, full FAQ, and a manual)

Manage overall Platos time registration system for partners of VDAB to deliver a centralized information channel with intranet and extranet pages, and centralized contact form for questions or issues.

Tableau Reporting - Introduced new function of Tableau reporting at VDAB and monitor performance with alerts of bugs, recommendations for improvements and follow-up to ensure successful solutions.

Business & Process Analysis – Lead E2E business and process analysis and testing of various systems in ESF time registration system.

Help Desk – Created a new and centralized Help Desk Support System for VDAB regarding this Platos TR-appAs a project manager for VDAB: Management and analysis of all incoming support tickets/ issues and making sure all bugs are solved and improvements are implemented accordingly in the Platos TR-app by the IT Development team => Support on root cause analysis, market, and customer analysis to optimize help desk support management, system improvements, system testings process drawings, new proposals processes.

Protocols – Oversee management of protocols for NDA and data privacy impact assessments.

Business Analyst – Project business analyst for the implementation of new CRM/DMS for VDAB unit.

Customer Relations – Liaison to customers for successful resolution of disputes to ensure a commitment to total customer satisfaction with a positive, and hassle-free customer experience.
