Drive the transversal coordination and follow-up of the OPS Strategic Plan, consolidating
initiatives across Business Units, challenging ambition levels and ensuring alignment with the
AXA’s strategic priorities
- Lead transversal OPEX streams to support productivity and operational efficiency objectives,
acting as a central coordination point between Business, IT, Transformation and Distribution.
- Support executive governance through structured reporting (quarterly BU reviews, MC updates,
weekly productivity meetings), providing visibility on progress, value creation, risks and
bottlenecks.
- Drive cross-BU transversal projects, including PureCloud Telephony (OPS telephony strategy) and
Cross-BU Document Indexing standardization, as well as additional ad-hoc initiatives aligned with
OPS priorities.
- Set up a Business Process Management framework to accelerate simplification and performance
improvement, including OPS process cartography, dependencies, projects, KPIs and performance
monitoring.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, assess operational impact and manage the
prioritized pipeline of initiatives in collaboration with Automation Lead, Business and
Transformation stakeholders
