Team Lead Mobility at Sibelga (NRB)

As Team Lead Mobility, I supervised the complete management of enterprise mobility solutions for Sibelga's IT infrastructure. My role included administration and deployment using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), mobile device management with MobileIron MDM, and system image deployment via MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit). I provided L2-L3 technical support for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and thin clients, while coordinating technical teams and ensuring security, compliance, and service availability for over 1,250 users across the organization.
