As a Test Analyst on NEWTOWN Program, I worked on migrating over a hundred applications from one outsourcer to another. This involves multiple domains, including Investment Management Systems, Data Performance and Reporting, Support Functions, Methods & Architecture, SCIS, Security, and IT Production Services. My work involved liaising with application owners and end-users to understand their specific needs and create test plans and test cases. I also executed regression, acceptance, functional, and performance tests, and reported bugs, and coached and assisted business team and application owners in testing, I analyzed the provided documentation and test reports to determine
applications acceptance.
