Xavier is a Belgian hands-on tech team lead who built and designed Node.js backends.
Focused on business results, he also sometimes implemented dashboards & frontends using React.JS & iOS. Xavier is a people person and loves building agile technical teams and products from the ground up.
He worked for four years in Silicon Valley, cofounded a company there and raised a couple of million dollars.
He hired & lead developers in multiple countries, leading agile teams around 5 people strong.
