With more than 32 years of experience in business operations, finance, administration, HR, and project coordination, I thrive in environments where processes need streamlining and teams need reliable operational support. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of industries, enabling me to adapt quickly to different business environments, workflows and technologies. My most recent assignment was with Cartoonbase, an international creative agency operating across Belgium, France and Switzerland. There, I supported multiple entities in an international environment, covering finance, invoicing, HR support, operational coordination, process improvement and day-to-day business operations while collaborating with multicultural teams.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to integrate quickly. Having worked with numerous ERP, CRM, finance, and collaboration platforms over the years, I require minimal onboarding and become productive from day one. I work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and collaboration.
