I took on 5 different scopes while working as a Growth Marketeer at Proximus:
• Small Enterprise Market for mobile. I was responsible for managing campaigns and communication touchpoints related to this segment.
• Small and Medium Businesses. I was responsible for managing campaigns and communication touchpoints related to this segment. I also worked on reviewing the strategy, to move from an "ad hoc" approach to an "Always On", automated approach.
• Residential Market for 5G. I was responsible for creating awareness around 5G and its benefits.
• Residential Market Digital Project Management. I was the single point of contact in the marketing department to improve the UI and customer journey on the Proximus.be website. I worked hand in hand with UX designers, developers and the business to create a more attractive online experience.
• Small Enterprise Lifecycle. I was responsible for managing retention campaigns and communications to at risk customers
