Over Viktor
With over six years of experience, Viktor De Mulder has built his career around Design Thinking, a process he mastered during his studies and has since applied as his default way of working. Combining this mindset with an agile approach, he helps organisations move fast, work iteratively, and make the most of their resources to deliver market-validated solutions with real impact. His expertise spans Service Design, UX, and Strategy, with projects delivered across real estate, banking, insurance, sports, healthcare, pharma, telecom, government, and more.
In his most recent assignment, Viktor stepped briefly outside of his traditional Design Thinking focus, taking on the role of AI & Innovation Lead at 62Miles. There, he guided the group’s AI adoption strategy and supported the launch of Lab63, a spin-off focused on AI-driven marketing automation. This experience gave him a deep dive into how AI can reshape creative and strategic work, both internally and client-facing.
Curious and driven by challenge, Viktor now focuses on combining his core expertise in Design Thinking, Service Design, and UX with the possibilities of AI. His goal is to develop a hybrid methodology that allows organisations to design, adapt, test, and innovate faster, smarter, and more effectively in an increasingly digital world.
