Working within DIGIT C in Luxembourg. My role consists of creating and maintaining features for a custom made ticketing solution, enabling employees of various European Commission DGs to request, manage and modify IT Infrastructures in the data centre / cloud. During that time, me and my team created a plethora of tools that helped to automate repetitive tasks, ease testing and reduce workload for developers using react, nodejs and symfony.
