Over the past decade, I've done this across Europe and the US — cutting churn by 5% and growing ARR by 4% at Dun & Bradstreet, reducing total cost of ownership by 40% at Selligent, growing a market from zero to €3M ARR in Germany, and building a customer operations function that hit 95% billability and €8M revenue within a year. In 2022, I was recognised as Transformational Leader of the Year at the Pulse international conference in London. In 2023, I was elected a Top 100 Customer Success strategist.
What makes me different? I don't just advise — I deliver. I'm a hands-on operator who builds and leads teams, designs and implements processes, and gets the tools working (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zuora — I've run them all). I speak the language of your customers, your sales team, your CFO and your board — sometimes literally: I work fluently in Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
