Tim Sablon

As a highly experienced and skilled freelancer, I have a proven track record of success in a variety of roles within the business and real estate sectors. I am fluent in Dutch, French and English, and have a Master's degree in both General Management and Law.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. My key responsibilities have included business development, asset management, due diligence, market analysis and reporting to board of directors. I have also been responsible for managing budgets and project resources, as well as overseeing the commercial launch and construction of residential projects.

One of my notable accomplishments is turning a historically losing company into a structurally profitable one, increasing the company's turnover from 18M€ to 26M€. I have also successfully implemented a new ERP system and restructured the finance department at a previous organization.

More recently I am responsible for the management of the real estate product portfolio and the creation of a network of business partners. In this role, I have been able to acquire 60M€ of investment projects per year.
