Sylvain was extremely professional and thorough in understanding the project requirements. As this was our first time using Upwork, our experience with other platforms has been spotty at best. However, we were very fortunate to identify Sylvain and have some clear goals laid out prior to starting the project. As we began the project and ultimately completed it, our team was very confident that we had selected the right contractor for this complex project. His background as an engineer was a great advantage to the success of this project. This training provided invaluable insight in the design, development and ultimately the implementation of this mission-critical project for our firm. Additionally, he was able to provide honest feedback on our original request which saved us both time and money which we'll now utilize on the second phase of this effort. A critical part of any successful project include open communication and the ability to adapt and for Sylvain, this was very easy to do. The open flow of communication and his flexibility shown at every turn of this project. Our client was providing us changes in real time that affected our approach and Sylvain was able to make needed adjustments and share professional opinions immediately. Also, he was always sensitive to the budget issues of not only what was in front of us but also sensitive of future costs for additional aggregations that would be needed down the line. Specifically, his ability to visualize the "end game" for our project was key to a positive outcome. We were very pleased with his work ethic and our final product. If you're looking for an Airtable expert, he is the person you want to engage. Just do it. No one else to review. We just ask if you could possibly wait until after our completion of phase 2 with Sylvain leading the charge on this critical project. :) He's very good at what he does. Needless to say, we'll be hiring Sylvain for multiple projects that on our future projects board.
