For the follow-up of its projects, using a newly designed project process on B-PM², YPTO was looking for Sr. Project Manager to prove this process could work in their environment.
In this role I took up 3 projects of different nature:
1. Implementation of the ITAM processes in ServiceNow, and the migration of existing data from the current application. In cooperation with DXC.
2. A Business Intelligence (BI) project requiring additional sources for data bricks.
3. The technical upgrade for the 2 business critical Oracle databases and their 1st and 3rd applications (“Atlas(-inter)” & “Mistral(-inter)”). Including all ISTQB aligned testing for performance and functionality. In cooperation with Alstom.
Modus operandi / tasks:
Project Management from ‘A’ Statement of Work to the ‘Z’ lessons learned.
Translating business demands in realistic scopes – timelines and budgets. Assisting in the RFP creation for the software development by the external partner.

• Proving the implemented project process, and fine tuning where required
• Project tracking in ITBM ServiceNow of the project, status, risk and issues management.
