The Cosmos Program aims at performing a major Business Transformation of NBG by replacing legacy applications with Finacle Products in the area of Corporate Loans, Customer, Retail Credits and Overdraft Facilities, Retail Loans, Term Deposits, Current Accounts).

The Cosmos Program started in September 2020.

- Deliver the complete Business Requirements Refinement and Gap Analysis (NBG requirements against available functionalities of Finacle Product). The Gap Analysis phase included as well the technical designs to implement the accepted Gaps.

- Leading 4 project managers (in total 16 people) covering the 6 functional streams of the project (Corporate Loans, Customer, Retail Credits and Overdrafts, Retail Loans, Term Deposits and Current Accounts).

- At the end of Gap Analysis, additional responsibilities were undertaken: Initiation and Execution of the Technical Design phase for three areas (6 people) respectively Customer Management, Identity and Access Management and the new front-end application (MyNBG). By September 2021, all Gaps Analysis

streams were completed and signed off by NBG.
