Stanislas Bedoret

As a project leader, my role is to ensure the successful monitoring and progress of projects related to the Finance department. This includes overseeing timelines, resources, and outcomes to achieve departmental goals.

The Federal Pension Fund has launched a program that aims to boost the efficiency of change and transformation within the whole organization. As a domain portfolio manager, I ensure the organization and coordination of the domain and its tactical team and pay attention to the proper functioning of governance within my domain. Achievements:

- Ensuring different initiatives are in line with SFPD's strategies

- Per project, making the scope, requirements and planning clear to everyone

- The formation of a strong, autonomous and confident tactical team

- Implementation of new governance in project management

- Follow-up and support of +/- 30 projects within domain company services (People & Organisation, Facilities, Building, …)

As a liaison officer for the Province of Namur, I proudly support the Nation as a reservist. I provide my assistance during crises requiring Defense support, ensuring the safety and well-being of the population in the Province of Namur.
