At Clover Labs, I built a product studio's operating model from scratch and shipped a portfolio of 0→1 products, including a financial data analytics platform that grew to 860K users, where I drove +100K MAU by simplifying decision-making and cutting noise in the product.

Before that, I co-founded the largest pet-sitting platform in the Balkans (0→1, two-sided marketplace), led product for an 8-figure funded adtech startup in Dubai, and managed a $2M developer ecosystem grant program in the SF Bay Area.

My approach: cut scope aggressively, ship an MVP that tests the real assumption, then expand only from what users actually do, not what they say they want.

I typically operate as the lead or senior PM working with cross-functional teams of up to 15 across engineering, design, and stakeholders. I've managed concurrent product streams, run distributed teams across 8+ timezones, and navigated ambiguity at every stage from pre-seed to growth.
