Program Director - Refactoring of the prepaid line of business

Full refactoring of the prepaid system, from network layer up to Self-care user interface. Decommissioning of existing system (~20 years), replacement by an Ericsson solution (hardware / software).

Big Bang migration in real time.

Organisation & management

Sharing and definition of roles and responsibilities, actions follow-up, identification of alerts, anticipation / resolution of problems and preparation of arbitrations to escalate.

Global teams management (transversal teams & internal dev teams – up to 80 people) and Ericsson supervision (fixed price subcontractors).
