Leading the preparation and anticipation phase of a large-scale Non-Life insurance core system migration programme, coordinating across internal business teams and an external delivery partner. Managing stakeholder alignment across product owners, domain leads, programme management and the vendor organisation, operating as the primary point of contact between both sides. Driving structured workshop planning and facilitation to define scope, priorities and delivery roadmap for the upcoming programme increment. As Senior Project Manager, I drive the successful delivery of complex SaaS and EDI/Peppol integration projects for both SME and enterprise customers, nationally and internationally. My responsibilities include: Introducing and embedding Prince2 project management principles across teams, implementing the full Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk) to streamline project governance and optimize development workflows. Co-leading the company's ISO 27001 certification process: documenting and describing all critical business and IT processes, aligning them with information security standards, and acting as key interlocutor during the external audit by explaining, justifying, and validating processes to auditors. Managing and guiding a team of AI-engineers, coordinating their work on automation, data processing, and integration projects, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Providing pre-sales and sales support, including solution scoping, client workshops, and proposal preparation. Acting as the single point of contact (SPoC) for new and existing customers (KMO & enterprise), ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and long-term client success.
