I'm a hands-on Solution Architect with 10+ years of enterprise Salesforce delivery across insurance, telecoms, financial services, and life sciences. 18x Salesforce certifications including Application Architect, and SAfe Agile Scrum Master and Practitioner.

What I typically deliver:

→ Solution architecture for new implementations — data model, security model, integration design, and governance

→ Salesforce org audits and health checks — architecture review, data quality, process design, integration assessment, and a structured report with clear recommendations

→ End-to-end Salesforce implementations — solution design, data model, security, development (Apex, Flow etc.), and multi-environment deployment

→ Stakeholder engagement and business analysis — discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into platform decisions
