I joined as a freelance Project Manager to support the executive team on two major initiatives: a digital transformation project involving the selection and implementation of a new ERP system, and a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project aimed at improving the lead qualification process within their CRM.My first objective was to analyze existing operations and gather input from both management and operational teams to understand current pain points and priorities. I then conducted a benchmark of ERP solutions tailored to Comoon’s needs, with a strong focus on flexibility, automation, and long-term scalability. Based on this analysis, Odoo was selected as the most appropriate solution. I subsequently drafted the implementation roadmap and began coordinating the scoping phase in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.In parallel, I led a structured DMAIC project to improve the performance of the CRM lead qualification process. This included process mapping, root cause analysis, and the definition of clear KPIs to guide improvement efforts. Throughout the mission, I facilitated collaborative workshops to align stakeholders on key objectives and ensure that both strategic goals and operational constraints were addressed effectively.

In this dual role, I was responsible for both IT/Implementation and all logistics operations across the group.I oversaw a team of around 10 people managing goods reception, stock management, and the fulfillment of both B2C (e-commerce) and B2B orders. One of the major initiatives during this period was the relocation of our warehouse, which took place between January and March 2025. I coordinated the move while adapting our logistics processes and IT infrastructure to the new building.I continued leading IT strategy, internal systems, and digital transformation efforts, including the migration of two group entities (Distrimarks and Teatower) to Odoo version 18. In this role, I oversaw the IT and Implementation department and led all technology-related initiatives across the group.My mission was to ensure that the IT infrastructure supported both ongoing operations and long-term growth, while remaining closely aligned with business needs. I managed a small internal team and led several key projects, including the redesign of internal data flows and the development of a Product Information Management (PIM) system that connected our CMS platforms (Shopify and WooCommerce) with our ERP (Odoo).I also led the launch of new WooCommerce websites for Distrimarks’ in-house brands (BEBIO, Opalya, Vita Verde, and Feminine Intimate), and managed the migration of Teatower’s site from Prestashop to Shopify to improve internal autonomy and reduce reliance on external providers.Beyond IT strategy, I actively contributed to strategic group decisions, particularly around organizational restructuring. I also played a key role in accelerating the internal adoption of generative AI tools, helping teams explore new use cases and integrate them into their daily workflows.
