Being the bridge between onsite and offshore devs, Solution architects & Business stakeholders. Writing of business requirements and translate them to functional analysis for Cobol (Mainframe) devs. Coordinate and participate in system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate solutions meet business needs prior to production release. Manage/Investigate incident and problem resolution processes related to investment and securities IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
