• Designed and implemented a full digital transformation plan, including the creation of a new e-commerce website and SEO visibility.
• Defined and set up all online operational processes (product shooting, encoding, order management, logistics, customer returns, etc.).
• Recruited and structured a dedicated 6-person team to run the e-commerce activity.
• Repositioned the brand image and tone to align with premium outlet standards.

Result: the company now sells internationally (Switzerland, Hungary, USA, etc.) and has successfully transitioned from a local retail player to an online business.
