I ensured availability of learning content and sales support material. I handled communication about products, commercial evolutions, incentives, events,… for consultants and internal teams.

I worked in close transversal collaboration with partners, consultants, external providers and internal teams.

Deliver continuous improvement in the operational quality of the Customer Service (skills – knowledge – process), for both internal and external teams, in order to provide best in class service that meets or even exceeds the quality expectations from the customers. Implementation of learning paths for Customer Service and Sales teams. Ensure operational readiness for commercial launches (process, working methods, training, coaching, communication). Delivery of all updated material following rebranding from Mobistar to Orange. Management of Training, Coaching, Quality Monitoring and Process teams and transversal collaboration with internal and external teams.
