Helping the enterprise to refine the process(es) of changes promotion up to production environment. This encompasses the changes classification, their implementation in various forms, the way we version control, document and how we release them. It ended up leading a team changing from chaos management to the implementation of a tool (named Jean Cloud) to fully automate the process. Each step freeing time to implement the next more complex one.

Assisted in structuring the company's technical organization into delivery team. At the crossroad of an architectural capability map and an initiative portfolio driving enterprise strategy. Led up to 5 delivery teams. Helping them setting up their co-management, industrializing their process, their reporting and solving their impediments.

Reshaped the organization of the delivery. Transitioned them from horizontal stack-oriented teams (front-end, back-end) to feature teams taking ownership over the full aspect of functionalities. Setting up agile practices, building backlogs and introducing new roles of Product Owners and Scrum-Masters. (hiring or internally promoting - and training them).
