With a university computer science education and a strong background as a backend java developer and architect, I am managing development teams from 5 to 22 people for years.
Convinced of Agile philosophy, I became a certified Scrum master and I implemented Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban in my projects.
As an Agile leader, my role is to propose planning and make sure that the team delivers on time and quality using Agile principles. I also act as the interface between the team and the other teams and departments.
I support the Product Owner by making the roadmap of the product and organise the backlog accordingly. I make planning and report to the management.
Concerning my soft skill, I have a strong leadership capability with a social and reconciling behaviour. I am a responsible person who is able to realise objectives in a positive and constructive way.
