Ludovica Fionda

Currently, at EquALL, I manage the meno.manels+ project funded by Semia Fondo delle Donne, which addresses gender imbalances and promotes equitable representation across sectors — from public policy, media, and culture to STEM and sustainability. I am also part of the research team at culture Solutions, a bottom-up social innovation group contributing to EU external cultural relations and cultural policy development.

With a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics and an MA in Arts & Cultural Management from King’s College London, I combine an interdisciplinary academic background with a strong commitment to gender equity and cultural initiatives. My work reflects a dedication to projects with social impact.

I bring experience in cross-sector project management, communication, and event production, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and meaningful cultural transformation. I am happy to provide references or examples of my work upon request.
