I'm a legal consultant with 4.5 years at Deloitte, advising companies on IP, contracts, commercial law and compliance. Working hands-on with start-ups and scale-ups taught me that legal only adds value when it's pragmatic and aligned with where the business wants to go, so I focus on de-risking decisions without slowing them down. That commercial instinct is backed by complementary experience: I ran Deloitte's scale-up ecosystem as project manager and later took a head-of-growth role where I owned go-to-market, partnerships, fundraising and operations. It means I can sit between legal, strategy and execution and translate one into the other. I work as a freelance legal and operational partner through my own company, Lopaet.
