Throughout the 25 years of my professional journey, I have incrementally sharpened my expertise in recruitment & selection, performance management, talent and leadership development, training and coaching.
The different hats I have worn so far are operational HR, project manager, HR business partner, trainer and external coach
- in the context of large organisations, small & medium companies and start/scale-ups;
- integrating full-fledged and growing HR teams;
- or as an external consultant directly working with groups (eg. management team or other working teams) or one-on-one (eg. coaching sessions, career or competency development conversations).
My most deeply held values sound like this:
- commitment: giving my word is a true pledge
- service with impact: my mission is to provide support, for as long as necessary, and to ensure that things have improved/transformed by the time I leave
- kindness and respect: the human psyche is present in all our actions, decisions and interactions, and as a coach I take this into account and work to raise awareness around me as much as possible/relevant
- transparency and openness: let's tell it like it is, even when it gets difficult, and everything will flow more smoothly; let's trust each other from the outset
- partnership: let's work together, each drawing on our strengths and talents, to go further and achieve more/better
