As founder of IT-Techpoint, I managed a wide range of IT projects, including infrastructure setups, migrations, and technical implementations across a portfolio of around 1,000 users. I was responsible for planning, budgeting, defining scope, and coordinating both internal teams and external vendors. I’ve worked on projects related to environments such as Toyota, Porsche, Zara Group, BA&sh, April, and DI, delivering solutions both locally and internationally. In these projects, I acted as the bridge between business and technical teams, making sure expectations are aligned and communication is clear. I also support change management and help users adapt during transitions. I’ve set up and follow KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance, service quality, and project progress. I handle escalations when issues arise, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve them quickly and limit impact. Overall, I focus on keeping IT environments stable, scalable, and well-organized, while ensuring projects are delivered correctly.
