In my role, I actively contributed to multiple projects, including One Wholesale, Basware, CoFiCo, Truck Log, Intrastat, PPW, and Market Parts. I also assumed the role of Program Manager for current and upcoming initiatives within our department.

I managed cross-functional teams across different countries, oversaw supplier contracts and relationships, and coordinated collaboration with dealers. Additionally, I served as Project Manager for the Peppol initiative, ensuring our invoicing processes achieve full legal compliance by the end of 2025.

I also advised and supported management on people-related and organizational aspects, contributing to a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• I managed several projects in the domain of cybersecurity, focusing on the implementation of Pentera across different European affiliates for vulnerability scanning. Additionally, I am responsible for reporting the status of cybersecurity. I also managed projects in the cloud domain (CSPM, CWPP) and define KPIs for cybersecurity reporting and asset management using runZero. Furthermore, I organize monthly reporting meetings with the affiliates, providing them with an overview of intruder reports, incidents in SNOW, phishing attempts, weak passwords, WHFB, and device management. • I manage several End-To-End projects, in the domain of IT-Infrastructure. We use an Agile methodology, which I made based on SAFe. I analyzed the AS-IS process and I have recruited business analysts to define the To-Be. I have recruited a Professional Scrum Master to implement Agile way of working in the organization.
