Consultant en digitalisation des processus métier, spécialisé dans l'implémentation de solutions CRM. J'accompagne les entreprises dans la transformation de leurs opérations, du cadrage stratégique jusqu'au déploiement opérationnel.

Je vous aide à construire une vision claire de votre projet CRM et à la traduire en roadmap réaliste : définition des priorités, séquencement des livrables, arbitrage entre ambition fonctionnelle et contraintes de délai et de budget.

Ma valeur ajoutée : je fais le lien entre les enjeux métier et la mise en œuvre technique, en gardant le cadrage contractuel comme fil conducteur tout au long du projet. Je structure la gouvernance, j'anime les ateliers de cadrage avec les parties prenantes, j'arbitre les écarts entre ce qui est prévu et ce qui est demandé en cours de route, et je m'assure que toute évolution de périmètre soit validée avant d'être développée.

Je pilote des projets de bout en bout : discovery, définition des processus cibles, coordination des équipes techniques et métier, gestion des risques, suivi de l'avancement et présentation en comité de pilotage.
