We currently produce our snacks (energy balls - vegan, gluten-free, natural sugar, organic certified) in an adapted work company and deliver them to the HORECA sector in Brussels (by bike) and in Gent. We offer a Zero Waste solution of reusable glass jars and tupperwares.

We run this business with 40 regular clients, reaching 100K€ in sales last year.

• Found €20k of sales journal entries wrongly recorded

• Created a Marketing Team to manage a webshop & its communication

For almost 7 years, I have been working on several client engagements (digital transformations and IT assessments) as a Business Analyst, Test Coordinator, Data Quality Consultant, Software Test Engineer mainly within the banking sector: retail banking, cash management, and international payments, risk management and internal models, regulatory reporting and supervision.
