an detailed Total Cost Of Ownership evaluation is mandatory for each asset. This balanced CAPEX and OPEX evaluation is the key to a beneficial operation and essential for planned investments. My technical and operational knowledge will contribute in a lower TCO of your equipment.

Workflow optimalisation

When your Workshop or service department does not runs smooth or there is room for improvement, a clear eye and open vision from an outsider can see obstacles and irregularities that you are customed to and overlook. I can pinpoint these obstacles and look for improvements. This scales your service department to the next level.

Maintenance and service protocols optimalisation

Every machine needs service on a regular basis, every machine comes with a big manual with too many pages which no one reads. When these are reduced to easy to read Standard Operating Protocols and checklists, they will be a useful tool to put your service level up to the needed standard.
