Senior Program and Delivery Manager IT.

Mon expérience (35+) en gestion et mise en œuvre de projets informatiques stratégiques principalement dans le secteur financier - notamment AG Insurance - se décline en 4 axes complémentaires :

L’élaboration de la vision stratégique et de l’architecture applicatives associée ainsi sa transcription en roadmap de mise en œuvre via des projets informatiques
L’élaboration de plans de projet et le pilotage de projets de déploiement et intégration de solutions IT intégrant les dimensions de gouvernance, change management et de gestion des relations avec toutes les parties concernées : sponsors, stakeholderss, end-user, IT, fournisseurs, …
L’organisation de la veille, évolution et support des applications en production et ce y compris avec les fournisseurs externes
La gestion managériale d’une business-unit informatique couvant la coordination de différents projets ainsi que la gestion opérationnelle de la busines-unit : budget, équipes, fournisseurs, contrats, …
