Jean is a process expert with over 5 years experience in process analysis and optimization with focus on change management. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to work both in administrative and industrial environment and in sectors as diverse as banking, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and retail. He worked in collaboration with every level of company employees, which made him aware of the need to have a shared company culture and vision from the C-suite to shop-floor workers. He is convinced that acceptation of projects is key for the success of a company.

In his free time, Jean likes spending time with his family and friends, travelling, discovering new cultures and hiking in the mountains. He is also an advanced homebrewer and a certified beer sommelier.
