With 15+ years of experience across tech, consulting, and digital transformation, I’ve helped organizations scale high-performing teams across product, design, data, and engineering. I use agile and design thinking to redesign hiring workflows, improve candidate experience, and support hiring managers in making smarter, faster, and more inclusive decisions.

My work blends strategy, delivery, and talent — aligning the right people with the right problems to drive real impact. Lately, I’ve been channeling that experience into new AI-driven tools that make hiring more fair, human, and future-proof — because the way we build teams should evolve as fast as the technology we build them with.
