I am a System Engineer/Incident Manager crossing between various roles to

fit into whatever requirement a new customer may require.

I can provide VIP support on locations for Servers, Network, Printers and Desktops/Laptops.

I have been involved with Major incidents sometime as the organiser other times as the feet on ground assisting whatever team needs my skills for the troubleshooting and identify the root causes.

I have also been involved with the Microsoft Azure world with Intune and Defender tools etc

for management of the Wintel environments at the respective clients.

I have been involved with the data security and hardening Laptops, Desktops and servers on several projects.

I have supported DEV OPS environments in some of my projects.
