Senior freelance role within Finance, combining financial reporting, accounting controls, intra-group processes (IGI) and transversal enablement.

Key responsibilities and contributions include:

• Producing and reviewing monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency across source systems and the general ledger.

• Performing accounting controls, reconciliations and discrepancy analysis, with a strong end-to-end view from back-office entries to balance sheet and P&L explanation.

• Acting as a key contact and reference for intra-group invoicing (IGI), including knowledge transfer, accounting treatment, financial controls and project budget follow-up.

• Supporting the design and consolidation of control frameworks, defining transactions to be monitored and implementing structured control and sampling processes.

• Developing automation and tooling solutions (advanced Excel, data analysis) to improve efficiency, reliability and auditability of reporting and controls.

• Playing a transversal role across the team by coaching and training colleagues on data tools, reporting practices, visualisation, dashboards and emerging technologies (incl. AI-assisted tooling).

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures, processes and internal controls, in close collaboration with Finance stakeholders.

This role requires a combination of technical finance expertise, strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to operate in a regulated banking environment with long-term ownership and continuity mindset.

Supported pricing activities across Distribution and Wholesale markets in Europe.

Designed and implemented pricing tools that unified internal and external product portfolios into a single, coherent pricing logic.

Automated pricing and margin analyses using Power Query, integrating SAP, Snowflake and SharePoint data; reduced manual work by more than 20 percent.

Built profitability and OPIN models used by pricing specialists and sales directors for commercial discussions and market decisions.

Supported dual-brand pricing strategies and new product launches by analysing costs, positioning and country-specific impacts.

Documented pricing processes and internal controls to strengthen governance and ensure audit readiness.

Worked closely with Finance and Billing teams to ensure pricing changes were aligned with invoicing and downstream processes.
