Led the development of software, online training, and multilingual learning materials for the Information Mapping methodology. Designed and launched a learning platform, certification tools, and various internal and external digital solutions. Managed teams in Boston (USA) and Bangalore (India), coordinating international product releases and operational alignment.

Started as an e‑learning content developer and quickly advanced to Learning Architect and Project Manager. Delivered large‑scale digital learning projects for clients including the European Commission, DHL, Toyota, Honda, and Fostplus. Appointed as presales consultant to bridge operations and sales, supporting solution design and customer engagement.
