Designed and built a production-grade Angular 21 analytics application solo (34,600+ LOC, PWA, 4 locales) — zoneless, fully signal-driven architecture with a token-based design system, Cloudflare Worker backend (TypeScript, OAuth), and an AI-assisted development workflow using coding agents. Used as a deep-practice vehicle for the modern Angular paradigm during a planned career break.

Owned the Angular UX library that underpinned every Angular application at Partena, working with approximately 10 frontend developers across 3 development teams.

- Implemented microfrontend architecture with Webpack Module Federation across the Angular application portfolio, enabling applications to be built and shipped independently by separate teams.

- Standardized Angular tooling and development practices across the Angular ecosystem, improving consistency and delivery speed.

- Built and themed a Storybook-based component documentation system aligned with Partena's branding, with integrated visual regression testing to guarantee component quality across releases.

- Designed and rolled out responsive design foundations in the UX library (Bootstrap-based), then drove the migration of Partena's largest customer-facing application to the new responsive system — shipping it to production as the reference implementation for other teams.

- Created a custom Partena theme for PrimeNG, ensuring consistent branding across the application portfolio.

- Partnered closely with the UX designer to streamline the design-to-code workflow: shaped how Figma artifacts were produced, gave engineering input on component design, and stabilized the contract between design and development.

- Established change governance for the shared library, addressing developer complaints about breaking changes by introducing discipline around versioning and rollout.

- Defined Pull Request standards and library documentation, coached development teams on Angular best practices, and conducted technical interviews for frontend candidates as part of the hiring panel.

- Delivered the company's first Angular application to production and built the associated Azure deployment workflows.

- Established frontend development standards and mentored junior developers across Angular, .NET, and Node.js.
