With over 20 years of experience in change management, agile transformation, and leadership development, I work with companies at a pivotal moment: when they’ve bought into change, but their people haven’t yet.

My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour and organisational change. I design and facilitate transformation programmes that stick, building capability, reducing resistance, and embedding new ways of working into daily practice. In recent years, AI enablement has become a natural extension of this work: helping leaders and teams adopt AI in a way that fits their reality.
