{ System Leadership & Cross-Functional Integration: Led complex technical projects across optics, signal processing,

calibration, software interfaces, and external partners, driving system-level decisions, risk management, delivery planning,

and alignment across multiple international Sony divisions and stakeholders.

{ Calibration Architecture & Production Performance Improvement: Patented and developed advanced signal-processing

pipelines for dToF SPAD LiDAR systems, resulting in a 5x improvement in system-level accuracy. This included architecting

histogram-based calibration upgrades, improving repeatability and robustness, and driving adoption into the production library.

{ Validation, Diagnostics & Multi-Sensor Prototyping: Engineered synchronized radar-camera fusion prototypes to enhance low-angular-resolution Doppler radar data with high-lateral-resolution imagery, while defining test and validation workflows

for multi-sensor synchronization, system behavior analysis, and performance verification in safety-critical applications.

{ Customer Technical Lead, Triage & Product Transition: Acted as the primary technical bridge between customers and

R&D, leading diagnostics, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and integration support. Contributed to translating R&D

breakthroughs and prototypes into robust, industrial-grade LiDAR systems prepared for customer deployment and mass production.

Research on electromagnetic-wave scattering in atmospheric turbulence and wake vortex environments; radar signal processing; development of data collection and processing systems for the Alphasat TDP5 Ka/Q band propagation experiment (European

Space Agency project); rigorous experimental analysis, signal-validation workflows, and scientific instrumentation data

processing.

Developed a proof of concept of a DVB-T2 based passive radar; performed radio measurements; designed and implemented

signal-processing algorithms for parallel processing (Matlab, Python, C, OpenCL); and built and tested a GPU/CPU

processing architecture operating in near real time, including system integration and performance verification.
