Heel wat praktische ervaring in het domein van project en program management, Mijn track record in project –en portfoliomanagement, timemanagement, leiderschap en communicatievaardigheden sluiten perfect aan bij elke rol binnen de wereld van program/projectmanagement. Mede-auteur van de bekende standaard Project Management Body of Knowledge en zelfs al meer dan 25 jaar hands-on trainer voor project management. Zelf gecertificeerd Prince 2, PMP, SCM als P3O (Project, Program en Portfolio Officer).

Mijn sterke projectmanagement skills stellen me in staat om elk project en/of portfolio aan projecten tot een succesvol einde te brengen. Ik geloof sterk in een goede planning en opvolging, en mijn zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en resultaatgedrevenheid zorgen ervoor dat ik altijd het beste resultaat nastreef. Project management zit gewoon in mijn DNA!

Als geboren leider en communicator kan ik effectief communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, waardoor ik in staat ben om teams van diverse achtergronden te leiden en te motiveren. Mijn vermogen om kalm te blijven onder druk stelt me in staat om zelfs in de meest uitdagende situaties krappe deadlines, onverwachte wijzigingen en complicaties effectief aan te pakken.
