Responsible for daily and month end sales reporting. Supported commercial and marketing teams with various sales reporting and ad hoc requests. Cleaned up sales data for more accurate reporting. Work with the US to get Power-Bi and BPC reporting tools in line with reported SAP actuals. Supported the LATAM region as FP&A manager for the budget and reforecast exercises and set up all files. Quarterly Sales Incentive calculations for sales teams. Set-up and maintained Net Sales and Volume analysis tools.

• - Supported FP&A and the transformation and harmonization team with SAP Themis harmonization project. Danone merged 4 entities into one entity, as a result we had to merge 4 ERP into 1 and thus normalize the chart of accounts, cost center and profit center (Including the hierarchy). When the migration was done, I had to redesign a series of reports to get the YTD values from the old and the new systems for 2022 and redesign all the reports for 2023 to be based on the new SAP Themis ERP. I also had to create a like for like image of 2022 (by merging the financial numbers from the 4 entities and curving out the production site) to be able to do the comparison against last year in the reporting of 2023.

• - Helped developing the new Essbase cube to ensure the cube was inline with the new Chart of Account, Profit Center hierarchy and the new Global Product Hierarchy.

• - Work with Master Data to validated that the new global product hierarchy was inline between SAP, Essbase and Magnitude.

• - Maintained and uploaded various reports in Magnitude.
