I partner with founders of premium lifestyle and creative brands who are building strong foundations but need more structure behind the scenes as they grow.
With 8+ years in enterprise sales and cross-functional roles, combined with building my own lifestyle brands, I bring both commercial awareness and entrepreneurial sensitivity. I understand revenue, systems, and execution, but also the creative and human side of building a brand: positioning, experience, storytelling, partnerships, launches, and momentum.
I typically work 1–2 days per week alongside a founder or leadership team, focusing on:
• Acting as a trusted right hand in decision-making and strategic follow-through
• Clarifying growth priorities and helping translate ideas into action
• Bringing structure to projects, launches, and internal workflows
• Aligning marketing, sales, and operations so momentum is maintained
• Supporting partnerships, events, travel coordination or expansion initiatives
• Ensuring that creative ambition is backed by practical execution
I enjoy dynamic environments where no week looks the same, whether that means organising day-to-day activities, planning a launch, coordinating a strategic partnership, organising travel and events, or structuring a new growth initiative.
I am not purely process-driven, nor purely strategic. I operate at the intersection of creativity and structure. I help founders create clarity without losing energy, flexibility or identity.
