Using the main principles of Agile SCRUM methodology, they
• Take over the project from the initial Spryker setup and Spryker team and assuring its maintenance
• Enrich the product import process with multiple data sources to accomplish the needs of each new merchant that joined Pacmart. (Enriched the data import functionality to accept S3 and SFTP connections)
• Created a data export functionality that was used to migrate newly created CMS blocks and Datasets from the staging environment to the production one, assuring that the Production import ran smooth.
• Implemented new OMS functionalities integrating DHL as a shipping provider and creating a quote request
functionality for some of the merchants.
• Enrichments to the Merchant portal with new custom fields related to merchants and new sections related the described Quote request functionality.
• Integration of Speed4Trade as a communication layer between the marketplace and specific merchants.
• Integration of Unzer as a payment provider.
• Upgrade of the marketplace from feature version 201903.0 to the latest version (202204.0) with the help from Jarvis.
• Keep in close contact with Spryker and the community manager assigned to the project.
• Implementing different marketing strategies for the marketplace to be more visible on the search engines.
• Creating a sitemap functionality that would update every couple of days with the new URLs present in the marketplace also taking into consideration pagination for the sitemap.
• Configuration of a multilanguage marketplace.
• End to end testing and maintenance of the codebase using Codesniffer, ArchitectureSniffer and PHPStan
• Consultancy on the strategic choices related to technology.
