• Provided executive coaching on AI as a strategic enabler in leadership, decision-making, and innovation, focusing on AI driven leadership and decision modelling to balance speed, accuracy, and human oversight.

• Led Agile Release Train design and implementation, adoption of Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, flow metrics evaluation, and evidence-based management. Delivered role coaching and microlearning to embed built-in quality and enhance customer experience.

• Pioneered Participatory Budgeting and Adaptive Operating Model design, integrating AI and automation to enable

enterprise agility. Promoted transformation strategy and design thinking to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
