He advices his Belgian and French clients on:

1°/ complex IT & Tech contracts,

2°/ financial regulations (including DORA, EBA, ESMA, BRRD, CSDR),

3°/ privacy and cybersecurity (including EU cyber and data regulatory frameworks (such as NIS2, DORA, the Cyber Resilience Act, and the EU Data Act)),

4°/ procurement , supply chain, transformation and outsourcing,

5°/ telecommunications (MNO, MVNO, interconnect, wholesale, cell tower agreements),

6°/ E-commerce & Internet intermediaries liability, domain names, IP vs piracy, cybercrime.

He is also assisting companies in their daily business, notably as their DPO and by supporting their procurement department.
