Benjamin Lemin

For nearly 6 years at Contraste Digital, I worked as a backend web consultant on various projects for clients in the media sector (Rossel Group) and retail (Stanhome France and Italy).

I contributed to platform redesigns, development of new features, maintenance, and integration of third-party services.

Each project was different — some lasting a few months, others long-term — which allowed me to broaden both my technical and functional perspective.

Main stack: PHP (Drupal 7/8/10), MariaDB, Go, Docker, microservices with CI/CD. I regularly worked in agile teams, in close collaboration with business stakeholders and project managers.

I was part of a team of 10 developers working in a structured agile environment (Scrum), contributing to the ongoing maintenance and refactoring of the Delcampe.net e-commerce platform, an international high-traffic marketplace for collectors.

My responsibilities included bug fixing, implementing new features, and actively participating in code reviews.

The technical stack was based on Symfony 3, MariaDB, GitLab CI/CD, PHPUnit, and Jasmine.

This experience also strengthened my awareness of software quality in a scaling context, as well as the importance of close collaboration with customer support teams.

As a PHP developer at IPM Group (publisher of Logic-Immo), I was responsible for developing a Symfony 3 REST API for the new version of their web platform.

The technical environment included Docker for development, as well as Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo) for project tracking, builds, and version control.

I contributed to technical design, development of API endpoints, testing, and continuous integration.
