I was invited to deliver a guest lecture at Ghent university on the role of Project Manager and use of GenAI in project delivery.

Contributed to pre-sales activities and client proposals, including authoring the project management service offering and the T-shaping competency model.

Kicked off an internal initiative to augment the PM/BA roles within our unit by incorporating GenAI competencies. Launched a GenAI community and centralised training portals to help improve the skillset of our team.

These internal contributions, combined with client delivery, supported multiple promotions to senior level within the firm.

Accessory model planner for 10 different vehicle lines across multiple markets. Prepared and presented business plans, forecasts and pricing strategies to senior stakeholders. Coordinated strategy and communication for cross-functional teams (Strategy, Design, Marketing, Sales, Suppliers). Managed model-year timelines, risks and escalations to senior management. Forecasted volumes and installation rates for factories and suppliers. Led international coordination with markets (US, Japan, South Africa). Performed sales analysis and drove process improvements.

Deployed GenAI training sessions for all Total employees in Belgium. Introduced the concept and fundamentals of Generative Artificial Intelligence and Low code/No code. Provided coaching sessions on how to perform best practices on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform. Ensured the sessions are interactive and formative on the uses of GenAI applications whilst also considering the risks involved. Displayed strong communication and presentation skills to reinforce the engagement of all participants. Change management was applied during this mission due to the resistance shown in adopting this tool in their line of work. By providing the ADKAR method, Ayoub was able to outline key advantages for their roles.
